About Us
Pappaw's Hunny Farm is a small, but growing, honey farm nestled two miles north of Hagerstown, IN, a charming small town in northwest Wayne County. Our interest in honey bees grew out of our general desire to lead a simpler life, allowing our ten acres to provide for as many of our needs as possible. The honey bee adventure began with 4 hives in 2010 and has grown exponentially since then! In addition to our worker bees, we have other residents you may enjoy should you choose to visit. We have some Scottish Highland cattle lumbering around the field with a couple miniature donkeys scampering about. The donkeys often see people as a source for treats and come up to see what you have to offer. Chickens and rabbits are also awaiting attention on our farm. Rounding out our furry residents are a couple of barn cats that will make themselves scarce when people arrive and our wonderfully bossy mini schnauzer who wants nothing more than all your attention!
